Here is my attempt at making a startup sound for a video game system reminiscent of the sounds from playstation or xbox systems. I made it about 4 years prior to uploading, as the idea didn't cross my mind until now.

I use a voltage controlled lfo (vclfo) for this experiment. When i send a trigger to the lfo it resets and start over again. In this example i'm using a sinus wave output. I send the output, the sinus wave, to1 - a sample and hold (s/h) module2 - a quantizer3 - straight to vco. The s/h and the quantizer are triggered at the same time. Even an envelope a generated with the same trigger. All three sounds are controlled by this envelope. First out we have s/h (left)second straight to vco (right)third the quantized (center). As usual its fun to take a real close look at the wave!.

Triggers chain reacting function generators"boom/booiing" trigered "by" logic - nor i thinkjupiter storm is one voicejupiter storm also modulates the other voice that goes through wave rectifyingjerkoff modulates jupiter storm, a trigger goes back to jerkoff and jupiter is modulating it self. . . This is a section of the pack with 50 bass drum varieties. Most of them are just minor changes and they resemble extremely "similar" sounds however they're based on different wave forms which are mixed together to form varieties. Other parameters were mashed, some may have distortions some may not. All the sounds you hear are synthesized. Generally these sounds are for dance music, some of them are well suited for more experimental music as well. But it should not be limited to just techno or trance. . . .

The loop was created with one of reaktor 5's instruments which was modified to create 4-second loops that sounds something like techno or general electronica. The drums are all created using a subtractive synthesizer, most of them sine waves and were modified several times.

It is what the title says "modified doepfer a-124 vcf5 wasp filter"listen and you will understand ;-)i the middle of the sound/beat i turn up resonance. I have connected cv2 to the bass pitch signal. Funny effect.
